Defense: Locking down your opponent requires a combination of footwork, positioning, and awareness. We emphasize defensive fundamentals like on-ball defense, help defense, and shot contesting to make you a tenacious defender.
Footwork & Agility: Footwork is essential to success in both offense and defense. Our drills focus on improving agility, balance, and coordination, ensuring you have the foundation to excel in every part of the game.
Strength & Conditioning: Basketball is a physically demanding sport, and we make sure you’re ready for it. Our conditioning programs focus on improving stamina, strength, and overall athletic performance, giving you the physical edge on the court.

With over 11 years of experience playing basketball, Coach Tye brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session. His dedication to the sport and hands-on approach ensure that each player receives personalized attention, whether in 1-on-1 sessions or group training. Coach Tye’s goal is simple: to help you become the best player you can be.
